You are absolutely right about the tax issue. I was in a hurry to get the information out this morning and was obviously lacking that second cup of coffee. I am actually surprised that the stock has not traded into the 20s. As you note, the company is solidly profitable, though a bit confusing to get a handle on given the recent acquisitions and divestitures.

Regards MALL/UBID, my memory is a bit fuzzy but I believe that the discount did not begin to close until they actually obtained IRS approval. I was in and out of MALL a couple of times because of what I perceived to be an excessive discount. That may not be the case here.
