If you've attended stockholder meetings, talked to insiders and have gotten the impression (or been told) that Pangea would welcome a takeover, that is something I (and other stockholders) would be interested in knowing. Is that the case? Have you been given the impression, or told by insiders, that Pangea would welcome a takeover?

What I know is strictly from talking to Pangea's IR and what I'm hearing is that they are not interested in being taken over. Most healthy companies with good properties aren't; at least until they know what's on them and have an idea as to what the fair value of the company might be. Most of Pangea's properties haven't been touched. Any value put on the company at this point would be SWAGGED (Scientific Wild Ass Guess). It would be truly amazing for Pangea management to welcome a takeover without a clue as to what the company is worth; in fact, it would be extremely detrimental to their stockholders; and I'm sure they know it.

Again, if you know something different based on conversations with insiders, please let us in on just what Pangea management's intentions are. As a stockholder with more than a few shares, I'd like to know.

Terry

PS: I first bought this stock in mid '96 and have been buying now and then ever since.
