Reading the latest 10Q mentions a default on half of a 700k loan from Silicon Valley Bank which was eventually paid off after 2.25 million in additional cash was raised between 9/96 and 2/97 from some private offerings of "Preferred" stock and also warrants against common stock. As well they borrowed 3.46 million Jan '97 and gave the loaning bank options on 300k shares at $2.68 good through yr 2000. They said this should hold them through FY '97. We will see. However, all of the preferred stk and warrants don't bode well for the little guy.
