Interesting that the Yahoo longs, for months in vehement denial that Dirks would release any shares from lockup after 6 months, have happily skipped on to new issues now that one of their own has found out that Dirks has indeed released a "small number" of shares.

Of course, any insiders who might know something about the timing of the next pump would hardly be trying to sell today. So of course the volume of released shares is "small." But once the news crescendo starts to peak, just watch the offer and DIRK will be there in volume.

The only question in my mind is it a pump or a double pump. The Telescam deal is one pump; LOAX will somehow manage to structure something that they can position as more than the equipment purchase it will, in reality, be.

As for the other pump, I'm stumped. (Apologies to the poet laureate, Dr. S., that was truly unintentional mockery <g>.) Could CSFB really be so unprincipled as to put out any sort of an investment rating on this POS? It boggles the mind, but that's what the Yahoo insiders keep saying -- and so far they have been more or less correct in all of their predictions except the price of the stock.

Like you, I'm thinking of going net long from my boxed position for the last hurrah. After that first pump I'll sell the net longs and unbox, but put in a fairly stop to re-box on any second pop.

Will the last one out please turn out the lights?
