Demonstrated interoperability of 4 different security systems using two different settop boxes. Distinguishes it from traditional headend/settop providers.

Expanding satellite services and sales in China, Hong Kong and China.

Taiwan earthquake had and will have absolutely no impact on Divicom.

CUBE Semi:
Growth of 10% over last Q over three product areas - decoders, settops, and encoders. Strength across the world - US, Japan, Korea, China, Europe.

25% sequential unit growth in both decoder and settop markets over Q2.

Settops gaining momentum.

Codecs - first shipments to ____ markets. Significant headway in recordable markets (JVC - records both HD and SD signals onto tape. Up to 24 hours. First product that can record HDTV signals. Input from DV tape by transcoding) 11 other consumer products companies have announced products based on this design (or format?). Partnership with Western Digital for MPEG-2 recording on hard disc drive. Broadcast encoders.

Minimal wafer damage at Taiwan foundries, but capacity is tight. (I missed part of this.) CUBE has capacity guarantees. Signed new capacity agreement with UMC. Worked with TSMC on its joint venture fab in Oregon.
