<<Well, appearance is not irrelevant: It can be depressing to see one's face looking like that first thing in the morning and to have people asking if you have something contagious. >>

I get a rash on my face, seborrhic dermatitus. Red patches. Being as I'm not around people much I didn't pay it much attention. Those days I didn't shave often either. One day I did shave ( which makes it worse) and went in to town. Close to Christmas and was real crowded. People were staring and kids pointing. I felt like spitting on them and telling them the would get it. Now I put on cortisone cream 3 times a week and it stays away.
