JF,t2k et al. : This is typical. A Friday the judge will hand down "a" decision in the findings of fact. If this isn't a perfect summation of this case. The decision will come on some Friday. The date is as nebulous as the government's case. Ya gotta love it. Can you imagine if MSFT had said they will issue their quarterly report on some Tuesday!!! Go MSFT beat everyone! JFD
