Tony,

I think Dell (and the rest of the PC companies) are saying the same thing that you are, essentially B.S. to Micron and the industry for raising DRAM prices. Ever notice how the price of gasoline goes up within seconds after any oil "shock", regardless of what is in the pipeline or inventory? Same crap, and I guess the typical reaction in a commodity market.

I still don't get how higher DRAM prices will effect Intel sales/profit margins. I guess the case could be made that higher PC prices will reduce 4th quarter volume, but I think its pushing reality.

And what would all the analysts have to talk about if PC prices started to INCREASE?

John
