I have to agree with your assessment. This stock is being controlled very tightly. They managed to keep the rise in price to the acceptable range. The stock's closing price hasn't been moving any more that about 10 to 20 cents per day for months now. It is not free to trade as the market sees fit. It is being manipulated by somebody. See the table below.

chart.yahoo.com

The question is why? Why are they so wanting to control the trading of this company. A little while ago Howard Pearl was griping because Canadians were not supporting the company. I don't think it is lack of support that is the problem. There have been several share dilutions over the last few months and the stock is still trading well above the 52 week low. The real problem is that it is being held down. When the company was allowed to trade freely we traded up to $12.00. Something is being set up here. Does the company want to move to the US so they control the trading while accusing Canadians of lack of support? Is there a conspiracy to short it to death by some more powerfull conglomerate. What is going on? Something. I know there is something and somebody knows and isn't telling. It might or might not be good. I just don't know but I would like to know. Perhaps if we knew why it was being held down we would all be buying more. The facts will come out eventually. I got a feeling somebody is accumulating a large position at less than they would have to pay through a PP so we wait til they get their fill. When they do we should be free to fly again. Maybe a prospective buyer!!! Any other thoughts?

Edit.

Something just hit me. Who would want to keep the price down? A potential seller or a potential buyer? Obviously the seller wants to let it run but as you point out some one wacks it back just as the run begins. It is being kept down by a BUYER. Something to think about!
