Meanwhile, I had a very pleasant experience dealing with a customer service person at FNET. My wallet was lost, along with my FNET card. I called, she transferred my account to another number, she gave me my new numbers effective immediately and my new card is also in the mail. Then she answered all questions I had about rates in different countries. Very helpful and very sweet. As far as the stock price, she hates it too<g>.
