It was great to see Huard bring the Dolphins back. It will be great if all 3 Huard brothers end up as starters in the NFL.

Kitna and Brock Huard will have an advantage on an outdoor field in the rainy NW.

Getting back to the moment, after re-assessing the Seahawks' season so far, it's not time to throw in the towel, even though the picture is fuzzy with SD rising to the top of the division, and the Raiders and Broncos showing that they're not going away.

It looks like the Seahawks won't blow anyone out unless they get defensive/special teams TDs. It appears it's going to be about the same going the other way; no one will blow out the Seahawks without defensive or special teams TDs of their own.

The Seahawks need to avoid looking forward to the trip to Lambeau next week, and concentrate on beating the Bills this week.

There are three reasons I can think of to indicate Buffalo is a good team:

QB Doug Flutie
WR Eric Moulds
NT Ted Washington

At Miami the Bills played man-to-man on the wideouts, and rushed the kitchen sink at the line of play. I would expect them to try the same thing against Seattle. Someone needs to step up and get some production.

Holmgren said yesterday that Green would probably get carries this week; he said the same thing last week. Green is the fastest offensive player on the team.

They might do well to consider Green as a WR. With his great speed and 6-2, 215 lbs, that would be an explosive combo.

THEY NEED TO GET THEIR FASTEST OFFENSIVE PLAYER ONTO THE FIELD.

In the meantime, it looks like the Packers are getting a 3-week diet of AFC West teams, traveling to SD this week.

See you in Lambeau next week, after taking care of business at the 'Dome this week.

FWIW
Andy
