Let me start by saying the person introduced himself as Jack Ben Ezra, I have no way of knowing if this was really Jack...These are also just my perceptions of what transpired...Take it for what it's worth...
I just reviewed the tape...I record everything from the number he called...It didn't take very long. The conversation was less than a minute and was just about all Jack motor mouthing. He asked if I was "My name", I said yes, he said Loudly, this is Jack Ben Ezra, have you ever met with me? I responded No never have! He said well you posted that you have met me two times and you talk of lawsuits! Well, you better back up what your saying or I'll throw a lawsuit at you... I responded no I did not ever post that I met you...He said yes you did twice...BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, more threats and then called me an A##hol# and hung up the phone...I immediately called his office and was told he was not in. I said he had just called me and was told it must have been from his cell phone because he hasn't been in for a while. I then asked politely, how is he feeling? How is his health? The woman said good...She then asked if she could get my name and I said no thanks I would try again later...
I was stunned for a few seconds and could not remember why he would think I had touted that I had met with him twice. Then I found in the post where I responded to Mitchell when Mitchell posted that he had met twice with Jack and that Jack was a man of his word. I said "really, which words" then paraphrased some worthless HYPED PR's from BNEZ that never came to fruition... I don't think he should have been confused but what the heck I came back on and clarified that it was Mitchell meeting Jack twice not me. That's about it. I am sorry if he is that upset...BUT SO AM I!!!
I wish he had stayed on the phone so I could have asked the mountain of questions that have developed over all these many painful and Nightmarish months waiting, knowing nothing, and watching the stock price drop from $1.25 to near zero...Take it easy...
