< All you have got is one side saying that they were < deployed That was said by the CIA < and the other side refuting it. That was by the state dept < And the other side's < argument that "the missiles are not operational < until they are assembled and are used in training by the < military", < at least gives them some ground. Their opponents < however, evade a direct answer to that one. How < convenient! Ha ha ha! That was also by the state dept., who for a long time were insisting that they didn't have proof that the M11's were transfered even though the CIA admits that the M11 were transferred Who's convenience is it. The state dept to lie and avoid sanctions and avoid a breakdown in sino-us ties/talks or the CIA.
