DEJA VU?

ONE MORE TIME! A pipe, whose attention has never waned when it comes to his belief in International Lottery & Totalizator Systems (ITSI.OB), telephoned:
"For my money investors are fast asleep when it comes to ITSI. The company is on record telling the world that the Berjaya Group has increased its stake in the company to 70%. And, it will invest an additional $5.2 million. Less than a week after the announcement, ITSI announced it had signed a major contract valued at close to $80 million over the next eight years to supply a lottery system and facilities management services to the "UK Charitable Lottery."
"It means ITSI will provide a full range of services in connection with the lottery system, including installation, training, computer operations, network management and field maintenance. The contract has an option to run beyond eight years. It is estimated to be worth a minimum of $30 million."
More pipe: "The base value of the purchase agreement is $12.3 million and could possibly exceed $50 million."
Leo Rishty of Unique Situations concurs with the pipe. "ITSI could well be the home run of the new millennium . . . Take advantage of the low price and ignorance of Wall Street," Rishty told GamingToday. He said he rates the company a strong buy with a 12-month target of $4 to $6 a share.
ITSI closed Monday at .875 a share. Its 52-week high is 1.34 and it once plunged to .1875.
