Hi Paul Engel; The terms of the Rambus warrant that Intel holds is that it isn't exercisable until a certain percentage of Intel chip sets go with RDRAM. (Or something like that.) So dropping RDRAM would, in fact, make the warrants worthless.

The warrants are struck at $10 per share, but that isn't why they would be worthless.
