Thanks Dave. Nothing like higher than expected growth in both the top and bottom lines! What did you think of mgt.'s advice to analysts NOT to raise their earnings forecasts for future quarters yet? Seemed curious to me. I understand the hirings are likely to cause the cost side to outpace revenue growth but revenue growth alone would seem justification enough to increase future estimates. The new e-business division was a nice surprise and seems like natural leveraging to me, albeit late to the party. What do you think of the new CEO? He is not exactly a smooth talker. His sentences are endless strings of jargon and management speak. Painful to listen to. He must have other redeeming qualities. ed
