Greg Jung: I agree. These short-term daily and or intraday swings are not really sector rotation as much as they are a representation of the lack of confidence and uncertainty in the Markets.

Monies are rotating in and out of various equities and cash investment instruments as investors swing in sentiment from a search safety or quality and then back out into perceive hot issues in an effort to not miss the next big rally.

I think this rotation will continue until a clear direction is established. The gains in glamour stocks have been so good the last couple of years investors just do not want to be caught on the sidelines if the Market starts another dramatic move like last Oct 98. At the same time investors "know" this old bull run is getting very long in the tooth and they are wary.

LG
