Integrity Incorporated Reports 42.7% Increase In Third Quarter Earnings biz.yahoo.com Best revenue ever. So why the reaction? There are hundreds of stocks with PEs of 10. Anyone still sitting on stock bought between $9 and $12 might be tempted to sell now and realize a $2 1/2 - $3/share rebate on short term capital gains taxes. After all, the price of ITGR probably won't double on a 13% revenue gain. Don't blame me. This is my Roth IRA. Thing is, once these investors work their way out of the system, there are NO shorts and we won't have to worry about anyone shorting up to $5. Actually, despite the 'mediocre' PE of 10, earnings ARE being driven: The WoW album is still strong and we have two more albums in the contract coming. The Lighthouse Movement is already underway: I just received four BC/AD Split Time CDs which I am offering on eBay eventually: cgi.ebay.com This is the first of three albums in that contract too and the chance to impress 3 - 6 million households that may not ordinarily purchase 'P&W' music. Not only is the profit margin higher on these CDs coming out the 4thQ but The Lighthouse Movement is spending a couple million dollars in promotion. Let's not forget that Avon has had a large order with us this year and that door is open. 'Women of Faith' may likewise renew their contract. Like Barron's said in the 9/30 issue, to the recording company, the 'major artist or contract' is the difference between music and noise. WH
