I saw the CNBC interview referred to. A woman who purported to be an e-retail expert was evaluating the shopping experience of various websites. She mentioned AMZN as the prime example of a good experience, then mentioned some others which were lackluster.

When asked which others she liked, the only other one she mentioned was GDEN (shot of site on TV, brief ramp in share price, etc).

Also, the only reason I can think of, other than the generally declining market, for recent share price weakness is the martha stewart IPO. So, I went to the marthastewart site today and checked the gardening section. They have a sum total of 31 items for sale, no live plants. They have no supply chain, etc. Compare with GDEN 12,000 items.
