In pakistan, from elections to meters are rigged. The lessons of rigging are passed on from the top down

If it is not rigged it is not made in pakistan

Hope the pakis rig the missiles, so when it is aimed at New Delhi, it falls on Islamabad. And blame it on Indians

IN SPITE of a special campaign conducted in April by the Karachi traffic police against the use of rigged or defective meters by autorickshaws and taxis, these vehicles are said to be still overcharging the passengers through doctored meters. Evidently the drive failed to curb the
menace or deter the drivers of these vehicles from persisting in this illegal practice. A survey conducted by a Karachi-based NGO in February had found that 98 per cent of the yellow cabs and 96 per cent of the autorickshaws were being run on fare meters that had been rigged. With such a meter an autorickshaw can easily charge Rs 4.50 to Rs 5.50 per kilometre instead of the approved rate of Rs 3.50 and a taxi cab can charge Rs 6 or Rs 7 instead of Rs 5 or Rs 6 per kilometre. Moreover, most rickshaws refuse to ply even on rigged meters, insisting on charging arbitrary fares from passengers.
