I agree with everything you say but I am still puzzled because the CEO (Dale Fuller) is nearing the end of his six month contract which, as far as we know, was based solely on performance. He had zero (or negligible) salary and all his potential compensation was due to stock options. To me that means that he had a fast mission to do something dramatic to get the stock price up. While the steps taken recently would be good signs for a company that is improving itself, they don't seem compatible with a quick turnaround. Does anyone know if Fuller's contract has been revised from what was published originally?
