Care to see the Pullman railstock Larry has purchased in its pre- restoration condition? Go to:

nepa.railfan.net

These photos and commentary wre posted to the Internet on March 31, 1998, some 18 months ago and there's been more deterioration since then, no doubt. The outsides are a lot rougher looking than the photo purporting to be the interior of one of the cars...

Note that the appraisal did not indicate that the cars would be refurbished to the exacting standards required to meet Federal and State standards for in-use rolling stock. I am sure that there are other pages with caveats and conditions and "ifs" that have not been published on the U S Cement site. If there are such it would be interesting for any investors in SNCG and HTEH to see those pages as well.

Wonder how many casinos have signed on for their own individual gambling cars? Wonder if MGM Grand has actually accepted the proposal by Primm Valley Transit Authority? They've taken over the planned resort in Primm Valley from the original developer who apparently had approved the plans but the fine print indicates that the plans were resubmitted to MGM Grand and no decision is indicated.

He says many vintage railcars and other artifacts have been donated to or pledged to the proposed museum...nyone care to ask Larry who the donors are and what they've donated and where the donations are stored?

More to follow...

I have no vested interested in Stockett's success or failure as an individual or business person - only that information regarding his ventures be mde available to any doing a thorough DD so that informed decisions may be made.
