George This is also a valid concern. I am more concerned that if Biomoda was to profit and get this on the market, I would suspect that they would want to go public. I would be curious as to what type of ownership ADOT holds. Preferred shares with preemptive rights are my fear. If preemptive rights are held and ADOT has no money to buy new shares, we are diluted to however many shares they desire to release. 22% could become 5% or less rather easily, especially if this is a hot releases. And believe me, if they can do what they say it would be a scorcher of a release. I am probably putting the cart before the horse but hey what else do I have to do when ADOT is getting pounded? Answer: Sip Scotch and contemplate my judgement in stock selection. Thanks David
