Q: Michael, Is Surfmandu a real person? A: God I hope so. Or some poor unsuspecting person just had their picture splattered all over the net. I never met him or spoke to him but have communicated via e-mail STATEMENT: "I am not implying that he is not" RESPONSE: I see nothing wrong in questioning things that is what DD is all about. Whomever ( I will play the devil's advocate) was on the other side of the email address,just happened to have pictures of Macau and the building in which FHTV was in. because its from that same address in which surfmandu has communicated with me from day one. I believe that this was a generous and thoughtfull contribution by surfmandu to the website. STATEMENT: "therefore his credibility will likely become a FAQ." RESPONSE: If a company can tell you one thing and do another via the phone....I am sure they can do it in person. I believe his report was factual to the best of his knowledge at the time based on the information he had. In short, the general beat on the street is people are more upset with the company than with anything else. Keep in mind I have yet to learn that the FAX or the ad were fabricated (especially the ad because I scanned it out of the mag myself!!!!)It has been mentioned to me the the ad could have been placed in the mag by scammers ...but that would not be my fault...the bottom line is the company can submit info to the site if they wish or request something removed
