My question deals with the tightly-held share computation. Since it is reported just a few shareholders account for over 60% of the outstanding shares, I was just wondering if those shares provided as collateral had really been previously issued by the company. If the shares are in the count of outstanding shares, then the 60% figure is realistic. If not, then it would appear that they should not be included in the tightly-held category.

Have reviewed your Profile many times over the past few weeks. Discussed CVIA with a friend over the weekend. Just found out through e-mail that he purchased some yesterday, after his additional DD. I have forwarded him the latest release and the cite for your profile. Since he is more of a computer novice than I am, I thought it best to only get him started with the most current and the best summary cites. Thanks for all of your hard work. Rich
