Mr. Caldwell, I thank you for your note of explanation. I appreciate your candor and I truly wish you the best for your company. You will find no greater friend of excellence than myself. But no greater foe to evasion, misrepresentation or shirking of responsibility either. In that regard I hope that you will indeed be pursuing and upholding the highest levels of conduct as the Olympians that you apparently are.
The number of posts may seem countless to you, but I think that if you were to follow them carefully you will see a solid foundation of facts building upon each other moving to an inexorable conclusion - a conclusion that would have been better acknowledged in the first place. If you would look to assign blame for their number, look to the person that is evading here.
Let me thank you for clarifying your perspective on all of this. I am sure from what you say that you join with me in wanting to see that the truth is fairly aired with regard to that issue, and indeed all issues with respect to your company.
If you are in a position to verify that the poster, known as PCModem, is to your knowledge this very same Spencer Eubank, or that he is definitely not, then you can make a valuable contribution to this discussion. Failing that I will continue to press until I see the facts, as I know them, laid out. No evasion.
Before you say this is somehow off topic to your company, I am compelled to add that it seems from what I see so far that there are two potentially significant shareholders in your company that have interesting connections in the public record. One is well known to expend thousands of posts promoting his stocks. It is my opinion that it is useful to continue to examine these prior connections. Indeed, to examine any connections they may still have with respect to your company, even if just as shareholders.
With respect to EssxSport, I look forward to the filing of your Form 10SB and expect to read it with great interest. I understand from reading elsewhere that it was to have been filed within 30 days of October 4th. Can you verify that it will be filed by November 4th? If not, then can you give a date certain that it will be filed? If not, then why not?
