Sell preferred. They seem to be going like hotcakes, at least that is what I gleaned from glancing at the report. And the point I was making to kenita (who may lie all she wants, but I am not the board monitor and will not take it upon myself to report tos violations unless they are personally intrusive) is that after the selling shareholders run out of shares, there will be an immediate and profound rebound in the price of IMDS stock, unless of course they seek approval to issue new shares before then. This is just a common law of physics, as expounded by Sir Isaac Newton. And by them selling more preferred, they have delayed the bell ringer for at least a couple of quarters, and that should be ample time for the selling shareholders to complete the liquidation of their holdings. I am not an expert on these things, this is the first one I have witnessed. I recommend going to this board Subject 19082 to keep up with the experts. They seem to think that it is like shooting fish in a barrel, as long as you can get over the bad taste of carp (That is, shorting companies who are over 5 bucks and issue floorless coupons to known bandits).

btw, I am not saying they will be a success, that is like a personal thing nowadays. But I am saying that if you can time your purchase just right, you could make a nice roi. I am patient, and will not do anything for a couple of weeks. But I may start buying in then, and averaging down until the dumpage ends. I will be very happy to have a half million shares at an average price of 5 or 6 cents. I see the stock doing an immediate bounce to 20 cents. You just got to remember, the selling shareholders don't give a lick about IMDs and the possibility of getting rich off of their shares. They are just completing a transaction, that is all it is to them.

If you are only concerned about their long term success, then I guess all this is meaningless to you. But since the next major event on the horizon is the completion of the liquidation by the selling shareholders, that is all I am willing to discuss right now.
