These three countries are emerging growth regions in the worldwide $25-billion (U.S.) absorbent core market. ID International has access to more than 300 high-tech products and technologies in the United States. This comes from its previous association with the U.S. government's technology transfer program. IDI was directly involved in the effort to transfer all R&D products sponsored by the Department of Energy to private sector companies for commercialization. Many of these products and technologies are associated with environment monitoring, control and management. IDI's network extends all across the world. IDI has branch offices in four countries and distributors for many products in 21 countries. Each branch office maintains direct connections to the highest-end industrial and government decision-makers. The distributors are the top performers in each industry. Currently, BDI is distributing products in medical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. IDI will be responsible for identifying and selecting customers, establishing sales channels and promoting Simplicities brand of feminine hygiene napkins and liners within these countries. The company has also agreed to allow ID International LLC to arrange potential joint venture agreements as well as potential licensing agreements for distribution and production within China, Taiwan and Korea. Simplicities products are produced using the company's worldwide patented B-9 film technology, a biodegradable plastic replacement. |
