Peter, I am looking forward to getting some feedback from you in regard to your Tivo service. I did see a Tivo/Phillips infomercial today and I was impressed by the product. It will certainly be bought by early adopters but it is hard to imagine many people immediately upgrading from their VCR to Tivo. They may purchase it when their VCR needs replacing. If that is the case, the roll out is going to be slow. 1,000 subscribers and a market cap of over $1.1 billion. Hmmm...I think that I will take a pass on the stock for now. It may have a run in anticipation of the end of the quiet period. If holiday sales are disappointing, it may be a real bargain in January.
