NO!...it's because they know something, even if only a "sliver" of USTI's inside business on-goings..These guys do not come "back to the trough", so soon ! My gut feeling is their TIMING was off on the first run..it was a decent gain, but a restrained one and nobody took big loses or cashed-out all shares (how can you lose on hype that is based on the obvious-truth?)//// Somebody on the top of this "pressure cooker" group(s), has a iota of basis for believing that this company is going to "throw some gasoline" on this new "simmering" fire...well before 3rd Qtr filings?????????I'm scratching my head
