Hi Mike,

This part of the SBC announcement is quite intriguing:

SBC will place or upgrade about 25,000 so-called ``remote terminals' -- a kind of mini-switching station placed in a neighborhood -- at a cost of about $86,000 each,

It is my considered judgement that the most likely suppliers of these DLCs will be either LU or NN. Does anyone else care to speculate here? If NN, it could mean a quick recovery for a beaten down stock.
