I saw that post. It it good news.
I also saw the news release from MXR and the talk about whether that has any impact or meaning for NPEC. The meaning that I see is that MXR would not have exercised the option on the property if it was not extremely confident that the deal would be profitable for them. In fact, according to the release, MXR is going to be putting up money on the front end. Their exercise of the option is an even greater sign of the value of that property, than the excercising of a similar option by NPEC which will not be putting money into it until much latter.

IMHO, NPEC got the option as "reward" for service, it seems that MXR got it contingent upon put money into the project. MXR has the greater risk, and they took it. They have to be strong believers in the project. That is good information for LFNO (or whatever), NPEC and MXR (and not a few Chilean minning families who own the properties).
