USAB CUSTOMER SUPPORT CAME THRU on a very unusual request and at no charge. I would rather not discuss the situation here because it may start off a string of laughter that I can do without. Anyway, all my accounts are now set up with sufficient amount of minimum payments that if I wanted to I could go on a 2-3 months vacation without having my neighbor or someone else pay my bills. I particularly like the feature whereby one can set up virtually any entity as a merchant (your grandmother for example or a favorite charity) and a payment would probably go out on a regular basis (weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, annually and numerous other ways including one time only). So dont be surprised that if I dont report on the performance of the site too frequently. I will be monitoring it less and less as I have mastered the art of Internet banking. Incidentally I earned interest of $10.81 paid today into my account. On the other hand Wells Fargo charged me $6.00 for still having an inactive account there. The difference in choices is stupendous. Now only if there were enough wise people in the world to follow our lead. Maybe there are!! Harry
