James, from my experience, Checkfree has a way to go to be considered a leader in this market segment. For the most part, EBPP is still wide open and new entrants like PayMyBills.com and PayTrust.com are starting to reshape the way traditional entities look at this space. Everyone from the big banks to companies like GE will more than likely enter this market at some point over the next year. Teflon
