in the United States, H.T. Hackney & Company of Knoxville, Tennessee, has

programs.
H.T. Hackney services the inventory needs of 35,000 retail locations ranging
from Illinois to Florida through 21 distribution centers strategically located
throughout their service area.
The H.T. Hackney order brings Catalyst's total 1997 sales and confirmed
aggregated customer credit approvals to in excess of $20,000,000.00.
Carl Smith, Chairman & CEO of catalyst, stated that H.T. Hackney's solid
inventory of quality customers should create annual gross sales in excess of
$50,000,000.00.
