You people do like to exaggerate don't you. I'll remind you lot once again seeing as you do not appear to understand English. Mr Tobin responded to me by Email after I queried Mr Harris on the 10 sb. He said he was not prepared to comment (or words to that effect) to certain individuals in the ZiaSun 8 who he looked forward to seeing in court. One of the reasons they were to go to court was because one of them had made threats which included references to his wife and daughter.

(I think that these people are low life cowards when they make such threats).

Flodyie went on the offensive and was saying he did not make threats (about the wife and daughter) and demanded a statement from Mr Tobin apologising or saying he did not say such things. As I recall, Mr Tobin did not accuse him of that anyway. He also said that if Mr Tobin did not apologise or make some statement, Flodyie would sue him.

It was Flodyie who kept going on about Mr Tobin's wife and daughter issue and I was asking Flodyie for an apology because he had wrongly accused Mr Tobin. Flodyie does not want to respond on this and is trying to change the subjects of discussion by talking about investorweb.com.

I am waiting to hear details of Flodyie's law suit against Mr Tobin or his apology?
