Thanks Fred, your reasoning of $3.33 sounds reasonable but hard to believe. Convertible/preferred shares usually sell above current share price.
$3.33 a share sounds like Reg S financing ripoff.

Is secrecy of hiding preferred share pricing a normal or typical practice in investment world?
