Skeeter and thread, Please pardon the intrusion from one who began lurking this thread today. I am not an engineer, nor am I particularly knowledgeable with regard to PC's. Last week I decided to replace the clunker and priced Dell, Gateway, and Micron. On the advice of someone whom I respect, I decided on a Micron. Chose a Millenia Max, 600 P3, 256mb for $2925. Went to order today and found the price had increased by $98 for memory. My mistake for waiting, but my point is that I decided not to buy until the situation shakes out. This is just an anecdotal comment from a potential customer. Regards, Ron
