Hello Harry,

I would add, however, that Salomon was one of the two (Smith Barney being the other) lead underwriters on this offering... a little conservative thinking is needed when considering their rating and price outlook. They may be right... but in this market I want to approach new high tech issues (and small caps like these) with a little less enthusiasm.

I have purchased some stock at below current prices but will wait to receive the financials before inveting any more.
