Pete,
I called KISS yesterday and expressed how "appalled" I was at the current situation. It was very obvious to me from the passionate response I got that KISS was, as they state, also truly "appalled" by what was happening. I said that it was all well and good that they were "appalled" but that and 10 cents would not even buy coffee. In the mean time Energas is moving along with their plans - with possession 9/10s of the law.

I was told that Kismet phone calls were not being returned. I said it sure sounded to me like it was time to take the gloves off. I used the Jackass and 2 X 4 analogy - i.e. hit the jackass between the eyes with a 2 X 4 to get its attention.

To me it appears that this is no longer a gentlemens game. I and other share holders have a depressed share price due to this situation. If it is the fault of an illegal ploy by Energas we and Kismet deserve prompt redress. It is my hope that the 2 X 4 is promptyly used. I also think that if legal action finds Energas in error any settlement should include a penalty that compensates shareholders of Kismet for loss of share value . If the contract is so poorly written that Energas has a legal loophole I would think that the lawyers who drew up the contract should be held accountable - wouldn't that be sweet to see lawyers held accountable for possible malpractice -lol.

The resolution of this will be truly interesting. Unfortunately I and other shareholders of KISMET are paying a steep price to watch the show.
