Based upon my knowledge of two KEA branch offices and also being told that the NY branch office is not taking on new employees but is decreasing staff due to lack of business. It appears that many companies are holding off on development projects til next year and most Y2K efforts are over. I predict this current qtr. to be very challanging indeed however pent-up demand bodes well for next year but it will be gradual but sustained. Just my Humble opinion.
