JJ I was just glad to see that SUNR was able to tie up the property again under the option to purchase agreement. One big step out of the way. Now they have 90 days to get that elusive money to out right purchase Clavo Rico. Vice President of Exploration and Mining Joseph R. Wojcik stated that "at $300/ounce or above, projected net profit would increase by over 50%." I really like that statement from Joe because this property will be producing immediately. SUNR can enjoy the increase in gold price which equates to greater cash flow while they expand things at Clavo Rico. SUNR, Just get the money to buy .... Sounds like you are real close..........
