 LCS GOLF CREATES STRATEGIC ALLIANCE WITH GLOBAL SPORTS
 
 NEW YORK, Oct 20, 1999 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- LCS Golf (OTC
 Bulletin Board: LCSG) is pleased to announce that it signed an
 exclusive joint marketing agreement with Global Sports and Travel.
 Under the terms of the new alliance, a Global Sports online magazine
 will be created and distributed to 250,000 subscribers through the LCSG
 consumer database. It's the intent of both companies to create a
 monthly golf magazine that will reach the golf consumer through
 traditional print magazine as well as online. Additionally, Global
 Sports and LCS golf, www.lcsgolf.com, will utilize their joint
 marketing services to create a full service marketing company that
 provides a complete line of products and services catering to the golf,
 sports and travel markets.
 
 Global Sports, www.sportsandtravel.com, has over 100 professional
 athletes, including 40 hall of famers, national known golf writers, and
 financial writers. The Global sports online magazine will initially
 focus on golf, with celebrity articles, worldwide golf destinations,
 Internet golf activities, sports issues, life style, travel and
 financial advice from major brokerage firms. The selling of advertising
 space will be done by both LCS Golf and New York-based 24/7 Media. LCS
 Golf and Global sports will take equal share of revenues derived from
 advertising sales, subscriptions and marketing information.
 
 Commenting on the newest alliance, LCS Golf President and CEO Dr.
