I'd love to discuss things but only in a rational manner. I've seen my portfolio suffer as well - I also bought some additional shares at 17 and then sold at 20 1/2. This has helped me offset some of those losses.

At this point I'm looking to take a loss against my other earnings for tax purposes. There's always some positive someplace. Again, I'm thinking about increasing my holdings and look for a 2-3 pts jump in the next 3 weeks as earnings come to focus.

I'm not especially happy with your ranting and raving which I can understand to a point. Whenever I lose alot of $$ due to stock slipping I sell take the loss if I'm not confident the stock will rebound. Whatever happens with the stock or the market I understand that the final say comes down to me. I can blame whoever I want - rant and rave until I'm blue in the face - but the ultimate decision on when to buy or sell falls on my shoulders.

If you need to vent in this forum, please by all means feel free to do so :) It's rather healthy I should think but don't expect anyone to jump on your bandwagon.

Perhaps Schmidt has run into the proverbial "old guard" and Schmidt's people are leaving. If this is the case - then sell and don't look back. Perhaps this is just the beginning of the changing of the guard only time will tell. If you don't believe - sell. If you do believe - then stay. Play the ups and downs as others here do. Perhaps you make some money too :)
