Does it matter whether we vote or not? They hold enough shares to do WHATEVER they want, even if we individual shareholders all voted exactly the same way as a bloc. And the 2 or 3 controlling directors know this. To them, we are merely the rubes who are foolish enough to have given them our money to play with to their own, and nobody else's, advantage--in a word, SUCKERS.
