To Valueman: How about a brief update on Orion. I guess I don't understand that as well as I should. You have expressed concern that projected revenues will not be enough to pay interest on the Orion's non-recourse (to Loral) debt. Is it simply the fact the transponders are underutilized due to lower than anticipated demand?
