Dave, <<Do the shareholders wind up with anything out of this sordid mess?>> You're killing me!!! Do shareholders ever get considered, especially in this screw job? (sorry, bad feelings still spilling over) Having followed much of the legal updates from the lawyers (for Mims)office, I never once saw the word "shareholder". The only thing I saw were big dollar figures to pay lawyers and expert witnesses. I guess it was one of those expensive lessons in life. The thing I don't understand... How is this stock (PNII) still trading??? What is up with that? (even if there were a shell, who is in charge and of what?) DJ
