The buyer could easily be the specialist. If he/she has inventory (maybe hoping for a buyout?), last thing they need is a disorderly drop to $12.

Yes, for every seller there is a buyer, I agree. But why would a big holder be selling today? What bad news is out there? Smart Switch is selling well, analysts are getting warmed up to the stock and issuing upgrades, Piyush comes from Silicon Valley and has the right mentality to change some old ways in NH, his Yago team is intact and they are developing next generation STUFF? Why sell?

Oh, and then there's that buyout thing. Why sell? Quarter's over, no need for window dressing yet.

Look at the tape, look at the short term chart. My guess a real TA expert will tell us we have broken some pretty imprortant metrics that predict short term movement.

Still long CS, love the company's prospects, just being a buzz-kill.
