Well, it looks like I found the phantom e-mailer. It appears that back in July he e-mailed Demi quite a bit. Allegedly he is {was?} the owner of 50K of Firecrest shares and is from the UK. You don't suppose he sold them prior to his "XSNI warning" e-mail do you? Gee, he was bullish on XSNI back then.<gg> Who knows though, maybe he was being sincere.
