Interesting opinions Bill. I have pretty good data on Cerent but not much on Sycamore. I think it's a real leap of faith to assume - and certainly to post - that Sycamore is worth three times Cerent when we don't have data to back it up. There is no doubt that as an infrastructure play SCMR will get a good valuation at the open - probably >$10B given FDRY, ATON, and JNPR IPO's but assume anything more than that is ....well....as you put it.. a personal opinion. OG
